My package on 12 /18/2013 where my package?tracking number is RB790271842CN

The activity says NULL and location is PEK PLEASE TELL ME WGERE PACKAGE IS AT. How long will it take to arrive to me?

U are expected to receive it within a week, as it has departed from USPS Sort Facility.
