About:Taiwan Weather

Might be going to Taiwan from 13 - 17 March 2014. Kindly advise on the weather during that period.

Do we need to bring a thick coat? Or a jacket? Thanks.

Generally, it will get warm during that time and the temeprature will range from 15C to 26C. Therefore, you may not need a thick coat. A jacket and a light sweater (or thick long-sleeved shirt) can be ok. Also it may rain then, so certain raincoat shall be needed.
