About:China Postal Service

Is there any problem of my parcel? my item number is RC031247035CN. Please help me.

From Date 25 Nov 2013 to this day 22 Dec 2013 my item is showing Sorry, no result found for your parcel temporarily, and the seller doesnt answer my question did he ship the item. please tell me what should i do ?

May I know whether you have received the order? I just tracked and it showed that on Jan. 6, your parcel left China for the destination.
