I just know a Hongbo Central Shopping Square near Central Street, which is located at Xi Shierjie, Daoli District. You may go there for a try!0

I think you can go to Baisheng mall in the end of Zhongang street near riverside and Hayibai mall near St. Sophia church. If you go to other small shops, it will be difficult to bargain for foreigners.0
