are there halal food in China? what about Suzhou city?how much is the time difference ?

Yes, there are Halal restaurants in China, SZ city as well.

What you you mean by saying "time difference"? If you are referring the time difference between Iran and China, it is 3.5h. That is to say, if it is 11:30 am in China, it is 08:00am in Iran.

Is there another city in china with a similar name e.g. shuju?

Firstly, I've never heard about a city named Shuju in China, although I've been here for almost two years.
Here are several Hahal restaurants in the city I know:
1. Northern Xinjiang Restaurant: Ganjiang branch atNo. 428, East Ganjiang Raod, Pingjiang District (near SZ University) and Industrial Zone branch at the 1st Floor, Zone B, Zuo'an Commercial Street, No. 158, Suhui Road at the Industrial Zone.
2. Hui Xiang Zhai at the south end of Shilu Pedestrian (within 300m from Tai Ping Fang Mosque).
