About:Hong Kong Airport Express

Is it advisable to buy the HKD300 Airport Express Pass?

Hi, I will be staying in a hotel in Tsuen Wan for a total of 7 days 6 nights in HK. Is it a good option to buy the pass? Also, my flight will arrive at 5.30AM in HK, will the customer service counter be opened by then?

As you are going to stay in HK for around a week, Standard Octopus Card is recommended, as the Airport Express Travel Pass for MTR travel is only available within 3 days.

Don't worry! After you checking out ur luggage and clear the customs, the customer service counter will be opened then. There you can buy the Airport Express ticket or travel pass or Octopus Card.
