Lamma Island and Victoria Peak

I will stay at Chungking Mansion. I intend to cover Lamma island, Victoria Peak in one day, Do you think it is possible? Early morning I would take MTR to Central, walk from Central to the Pier and took a ferry to Lamma Island. Back in the afternoon to Victoria Peak. I intend to walk on the nature trail from one ferry terminal to the other, do you think I could complete the journey in a day?
