Dear friend, I was provided this number to track my item but with no luck.

After you receive a tracking number you sometimes have to wait between 1-3 days before any tracking information is available. But if its been more than that, chances are that they provided you with a wrong tracking number. Just contact your seller and ask to re check the tracking number.
