As I know, bus no. 88 cannot take you there directly. U are advised to walk from your hotel to Shi Yi Yuan bus stop to take bus no. 201 or 23 to Local Tax Bureau (Shi Dishuiju Station) and then transfer to Sightseeing Bus line 2 to the park directly.
