The ferry between is the easiest way. Upon landing, you can take the ferry at Skypier near HKIA at 10:15, 14:30, 16:50 and 20:00 to Fuyong Port near Shenzhen Airport within around 40min.1

Oh, it is a little far by walking, but there are free shuttle buses provided from HKIA to Skypier and Fuyong Port to Shenzhen Airport.0
