can i issue visa from barcelona?

Hi, I am a spanish citizen, Israely nacionality. is it complicated to issue one here, i am tending to go for a visit strait from here.

I think you should go to the CVASC branch in Madrid to apply for it no matter you hold Spainish or Israeli passport. If you use Israeli passport, you should provide valid resident permit in Spain during your application.
