Can the train ticket officer speak English well?

I cannot speak Chinese. That's why i am so worried when i go to buy a ticket with the officers.

you'd better make prebooking. it is very hard to get the ticket on sport.

can have a Chinese friend write a note what tickets you need and give to ticket seller. also have a phone and the ability to call a Chinese friend if you need to talk to the ticket seller.
