Through which port should I enter Xiamen? Is the process and requirement similar to those when applying for Shenzhen VOA?

Yes, you can apply for that at the airport, railway station, Heping Wharf and Gaoqi Immigration Checkpoint. The process is the similar to those who apply FOR Shenzhen or Zhuhai VOA.
