Can you help me I don't know what is happening, seller keeps not answering me

It's tracking number RB737186568CN, can you please reply thanks

The latest status showed that it was still in Qingdao, International and no other information was updated. So it is hard to know what is wrong, but just waiting patiently.

my seller says its in the uk and to contact the post office, how do i do that. and can this be true as it doesnt say that on my tracking thanks

As you can he say that if not even cleared customs of Qingdao:

In the Status Column:
“Collection” means the post office received the parcel;
“Opening” refers to the step of customs check;

Ask the seller please find out at the post office, since there is much easier to get information.
