About:Chinese Embassy in Singapore

Singapore Certificate of Identity Travel Document,

My sister is holding a Singapore CI travel document and she would like to go to Hong Kong for a short vacation with me. Please advise what we need to do and how she can get a visa for entry to HK. Thank you.

Personally, I think she can enter HK with her CI identity. According to the HK Immigration Department, those with HK certificate of identity can enter Singapore without visa. Therefore, I think you can do the same thing. However, I think you'd better confirm this with the HK Immigration Department. Tel: (852) 2824 6111
