Help!!! I have ordered a product from China over a month ago and it still has not arrived. The number is RB711733173CN.

RB711733173CN 2013 Collection 10061400 AU 20131112 1732
RB711733173CN 2013 Departure from outward office of exchange 10010200 AU 20131113 1741
RB711733173CN 2013 NULL PEK AU 20131114 0520

Is there a reason why it has been 'NULL' for over a month now??

Null here does not mean that your parcel is in an abnormal status. Actually, it refers to that your package is delivered to Beijing Capital Airport. After being checked by the customs, it would be sent overseas, so it should be close to the destination after such a long time! Just wait.
