can i enter china if im unemplyed in sweden?

Me and my girlfriend is in thailand now and holding a 30 days tourist visa, we want to aply for china L type, but we dont have a work in sweden right now. Can we still get the it? Planning 2~ weeks visit only.So i just aply as unemployed?

You can apply as an unemployed person but I don't know if you can get the L type successfully. You should submit your passport, finished 2013 application form, a recent passport size photo, both original and copy of your tourist type for Thailand and the invitation letter. If you don't have the invitation letter, you need to provide round-trip air tickets and hotel booking in PRC.
