About:FAQ on China Postal Service

PLEASE HELP! RQ039994183AU, 2013, Unsuccessful delivery, 51805502, 20131213 090339

Can you help with this please? The person to whom it is to be delivered in China states that he cannot track this parcel yet I can. He also says he has not received anything but will not call China Post???
What does this actually mean on the tracking and where is my parcel now that I sent?

I used the Australian mail tracking system And can't offer any information about your package. Please contact china post. The seller should have information on it.

Hi have tracked it through China Post which is how I got the information. am waiting for receiver to contact China Post now.
