About:China Postal Service

Where is my items: RB770538776CN and RB915793575CN?

since 2013.11.14 they are in the same plane. what is wrong, when i get them, please help.

Don't worry! That the status doesn't change for such a long time may refer to that they are transfered somewhere and later shall head for the destination. I suggest you be patient to wait for their arrival within around two weeks, at most.
