About:Hong Kong MTR

How do I get to Avenue star from Harbour Plaza Resort City by bus and by MTR in HK?

and how long does it take?

I think you can take the shuttle bus your hotel provides to reach Tsim Sha Tsui Station and then walk to the Star of Avenue.
If you want to take the mtr, from your hotel, you need to take taxi or walk to Tin Shui Wai Station and then take the West Rail Line to Tsim Sha Tuis East Station and then walk to the Star of Avenue.
The mtr takes about 30 minutes.
