About:FAQ on China Postal Service

Parcel is still stuck in "delivery to airport" status

Hello,
I need some help here, please. My package RB982001954CN is still stuck in the same status for almost one month by now. I have asked to the seller from China about it, but she has not replied any of my messages. I don't know where I can ask for more help to track and find my parcel. The package should be here in Cape Town by now.
