HKIA to Hotel Shamrock at Tsim sha Tsui

We 4 of us wish to travel from Airport to Hotel Shamrock. What is the most easiest and economical way?

It is suggested to take a taxi to reach directly and the taxi fare is around 220HK$ as a whole excluding the luggage fare.
The luggage fare is around 5HK$ per piece.
