Hi, tracking status null.My tracking no RB885039236CN

Hi my goods are in Beijing since 25th of October, this is normal? Do you think I will ever receive my goods? Please help because the sell is not answering anymore to my emails. Thank you very much for your time and I am looking forward to receive your answer. Kind regards, Raluca
