About:China Postal Service

I have ordered a package from China to South Africa on the 7 of November. The tracking number is RB868878969CN .

Since 2013/11/29/ 0515 the status has been stuck on NULL and location on CAN. The previous status and location was "Departure from outward office of exchange" and "51003100". Any help would be greatly appreciated. What does status Null and location CAN mean?
