i have ordered a package from china to south africa on the 7 of november.

Question

Since 2013/11/29/ 0515  the status has been stuck on NULL and location on CAN.  The previous status and location was Departure from outward office of exchange and 51003100.  Any help would be greatly appreciated. What does status Null and location CAN mean?
