Good afternoon, this oo my tracking no. thereof, and according to your information, the di a27Nov2013 "Delivery to airport Shanghai", today is 14Dez2013 and so far no information?Can you tell what's wrong with the order?

Don't worry! It is normal. Generally, a parcel will be sent out of the airport, namely, overseas within a week after it was delivered there. Therefore, your package should be on the way to the destination and you can just wait.
