Summer clothes wholesale market guangzhou

Some friend told me there's a wholesale market that sell all the year summer clothes in guangzhou ..can I know which wholesale market name and where is the direction..also told me that can make Moq or the have stock also

I heard the local famous clothes wholesale market are the Baima Wholesale Market, Shahe Wholesale Market and the Shisanhang Wholesale Market. But they do not sell summer clothes all the year around
If you want to purchase summer clothes, it is suggested to around the April to May.
The Baima Market is near the railway station. The Shahe Markets area cover a large area from the GZ Avenue to Lianquan Road. The Shisanhang Market is at Shisanhang Road, Liwan District.

But I am afraid that I am not very clear about the Moq and the stock.
