About:Chinese Embassy in UAE

does it essential to take visa from UAE for visit in Shenzhen for Indian nationals?

or it can be obtained form Honk Kong ?

If you have UAE resident permit for working or studying, I think you can apply for it successfully there. If you plan to apply in HK, you should provide the HK resident status too.
