do i needto declare if i wear my silver wedding ring, small necklace, bracelet and my earings, and also i take 1 silver necklace of my husband...

Well, if the total weight of these items is within 50g (2 ounces), you don't need tp declare and they are tax free. If over 50g, you should declare.
