I have a tub of APS Isomorph Protein Powder that I want to take travelling with me and also tin cans of salmon for my snacks (on a strict diet) Can I take these with me?

It is ok to take protein powder into China and you should put that in check-in luggage. However, as for the tin cans of salmon, they are forbidden to be taken in.
