Where can I find the application form to download?

I live in Champaign IL I intend to make a trip to China on business but have not been able to find any useful information regarding where or how to download the application form needed for visa application. Could you please help direct me to the right link. Also where can I find information on upcoming trade shows in 2014? I'm interested in manufacturing trade shows. Thanks,
