About:FAQ on China Postal Service

RB492673341CN. plz item is taking too long. and seller says it arrived in my contry 1 week ago but tracking info does not says that. plz any help.

Hi who is your country mail carrier?
Once your package enters the country of destination if gets handed over to the mail carrier in your country. I would ask your seller where they are tracking your information from so that you can track it from there too. You can also contact your local post office to see if they have received it.
