You can free of visa to HK for 90 days. But I think it is difficult for you to get a work Z type there if you are not a local resident. You are advised to contact a travel agency there for the latest requirements.

According to the website of the Commissioner's Office of China Foreign Affairs in HK, HK resident status is required for application there. So please contact an agency for the latest information.
