I am not clear about the free shuttle provided by cathy pacific airlines to your hotel, but I have a recommended way for you: Your hotel provides pick up service. Upon landing, walk to B12 Counter for Vigor Airport Shuttle Service Ltd on the Arrival Hall of Terminal One and present your passport to the counter staff, they will then arrange you to the pick up point. And I remember you need to reserve that in advance. It will take around an hour and costs 130HKD per person.
