feb 21 to 30 for wedding photo shoot in Taipei

planning to go wedding photo shoot during that period of time. Is it a suitable time?

It may be a little cool then and the scenery won't be that attractive. If possible, it is suggested to change your plan of wedding pictures shooting to early or mid March.
