Transportation to Disneyland from Causeway bay

How do i get to Disneyland by MTR/Bus from Causeway Bay? thanks

At Causeway Bay MTR Station, you can take Island Line to Central and then walk to HK Station to catch Tung Chung line to Sunny Bay. There you can easily transfer to Disneyland Resort line to the attraction directly.
