parcel n° RB982001954CN has a stuck status (Delivery to airport since 17/nov)

Good morning,

I am writing to you since I would like to know what has it happened to parcel RB982001954CN?. The parcel has been for 18 business days under the status "Delivery to airport".

I wonder if it is everything right after 18 business days since it has been stuck.

Delivery to airport means it was sent by plane to the destination. The route might have made a few stops along the way to deliver other packages so please be patient. It's peak season so there's a lot of packages that need to be delivered and the process might be a little slow. But don't worry. Just keep checking for any updates since it should be there soon.
