About:Postage Rate of China Post International Parcels

Hi Im looking to send a package thats about 23-4 kilos to Japan by sea and land, dose any one know around how long that will take?

I just checked the FAQ which says that it should take 40-70 days, dose anyone have expericence with the accuracy of this?
