About:FAQ on China Postal Service

What's happening to my package? RA466595354CN

The tracking info rarely updates and when it does its 4 days after the info should of been sent. My package has been saying opening for nearly a week...why is it taking so long for customs to check it?

Maybe there are too many packages with the same destinations in need of check by the customs. Anyway, it is in normal status. And generally, its actual status is faster that the online update. Therefore, it may have been on the way to your country.

what about "opening" status for over a month ? is it normal too ? no updates in my country.

This is what it says in order:
Departure from outward office of exchange
Collection
Opening
My info is not in order I can't tell what it's real status is.

I think I got the latest status and it showed that it was in Beijing on Dec 4 and now under checking by Chinese custom. This status always take along time and it is normal, so please do not worry.
