Can you help me where is my package RB789800882CN ?

I have another one RB184928789CN? both says NULL. How long does it take to deliver my order? Thanks!

Null here doesn't mean that your packages are in abnormal status. It is just an error when the status is translated from Chinese version to English version. In most cases, it refers to that a parcel is delivered to an airport.

The first one was delivered to CAN, Guangzhou Baiyun Airport on Nov. 7.
The second one was delivered to Shanghai Pudong Airport, PVG on Nov. 16.
Both of them are the latest information online for your reference!
