Im Staying at rosedale hotel kawloon, how do i go about taking the HK airport shuttle bus to the hotel?

You can take the airport express to reach Kowloon Station and change to the free shuttle bus provided by the hotel to your hotel easily.
i think this is the best method and there is no direct shuttle buses to your hotel.0
