About:Harbin Ice Festival

How is the weather at harbin now.

I saw in the news during Oct13 the air pollution is very bad at in that city.
How is it now? Still hazy?
What is the temperture now?

The current situation is better than that in Oct, but it may still affect the traveling.
The snow begin to fall in this city and the hazy still exist.
The current temperature is around -20 to -10C.
