About:Taiwan Travel

i plan to visit on taichung taiwan on 25 dec to 29 dec 2013.it is right time please reply

It is not the best time, but you can still go during that time. The temperature difference is big and the average temperature is around 15 to 25C. A thick coat and thin sweaters are enough, I think.
