About:China Great Wall

how are the workers treated? were they forced to built the Great Wall?

As the workload to built the wall was heavy, workers were usually badly treated to try their best and spend much more time in construction instead of resting and eating. Some of the workers were recruited and some were forced to build that.

The workers were taken from their homes by soldiers
