What are the main contributions of the Yuan Dynasty? i.e Ziggurats or the like?

There may not that specific contributions, but here are what I know:
1. It has the largest territory in Chinese history, Tibet first included. The administration to Liuqiu (present Taiwan) was strict.
2. The system of administrative provinces was first carried out during Yuan and it is still being used today.
