About:China Visa on Arrival

is the VOA office open during golden week holiday

I have a plan to travel to Shenzhen through hongkong on 1-6 oct 2014, since 1-6 oct is the golden week holiday.

Yes, it's open at that time. And Luohu Border is perhaps during its busiest period.

How about the day before golden week holiday?I mean sept 30, will it be busy too?....please tell me if u have the experiences having holiday in golden week season too..thanks
