Best route to take and transport in China

I am visiting China for 3 weeks. I would like to visit these cities- Beijing, Leshan, Chengdu, Kunming, Shanghai, Xian, Luoyang, Guilin, Wuhan, Hong Kong. What route is best. What is best the way to travel between these places.

Geographically, you are advised to travel in this sequence:
Beijing - Luoyang - Xian - Chengdu - Leshan - Wuhan - Shanghai - Kunming - Guilin - Hong Kong

For the routes between Beijing and Luoyang, Luoyang and Xian, as well as Wuhan and Shanghai, high-speed train is recommended.
For the trips from Shanghai to Kunming, Kunming and Guilin and Guilin and Hong Kong, you can use the direct planes.
Chengdu to Leshan, you can use the direct bus service.
