About:China Business Visa

What penalty will I face in my situation?

If the visa was issued for six months double entry the person could not make it to leave the country after 30 days of entry to china what will be the penalty.

I think you will be warned (fined if they think it is serious) when you leave. You should leave as early as you can. The longer you stay, the worse result you will face.
