Departure from outward office of exchange 20110600 , What does that mean?

When I type in RC164745101CN its says:

RC164745101CN Departure from outward office of exchange Shanghai IE Fri, 29 Nov 2013 09:22:00 GMT
RC164745101CN Delivery to airport Shanghai IE Fri, 06 Dec 2013 22:32:00 GMT

Any idea when it will arrive to Ireland? I ordered it on the 23rd of November?
