About:Chinese Embassy in Bangladesh

For acquire a business visa, do I have to get a invitation from a local govt.

I already got an invitation from a company. Still do I have to get a local govt invitation.

Personally, I think you should prepare Confirmation letter of invitation from Authorized Unit of China. The inviter can help you acquire this.

it is taking long time to get atleast 10 working days. I need to fly next 3 days. Any help.

What about tourist L. Can I get it within three days. What is the process?

You can have a try to apply for tourist L providing travel itinerary including air ticket booking record (round trip) and proof of a hotel reservation.
