hello.......... can one help me my parcel is stuck from 16 Nov 2013 i beijing it shows Departure from outward office of exchange Beijing IN Sat, 16 Nov is it safe or not when it will reach

Don't worry! Your parcel is safe. There is update that on Dec. 9, it was delivered to Beijing Capital Airport, ready to be sent overseas. Therefore, it may have been on the way to your country by now.
